What is kept

Your email, what your business or household is called, and the figures you put in: your accounts and their balances, the transactions you type or bring in from your bank's file, your budget, bills and goals.

What is never asked for

Your bank password. Benchmark does not connect to your bank at all -- you download the statement file yourself and bring it in -- so no login to your money is ever handed to JTS or to anybody else.

Where it is

On the JTS server, in a folder of its own, one per customer. It is hosted, so JTS can see it — there is no pretending otherwise. It is looked at only to answer something you have asked or to fix something.

What is never done with it

Not sold, not shared, and not used to build anything other people can see. Download all of it, any time, from Reports inside the app.

If you would rather it stayed in your building

Say so through Feedback. Benchmark runs the same on a computer of your own, and then none of it leaves the building.
